The firm of Joines & James, PLLC was established in 2010 when attorneys Timothy B. Joines and Carmen James formed a partnership dedicated to serve the legal needs of their home communities. The firm’s attorneys have over 30 years combined experience in the practice of law with concentrations in the areas of will contests, estate and Medicaid planning should a family member be facing long term nursing home care or simply need a will or power of attorney drawn.
